Terms of Use for ClippyDroid

1. Scope

The following Terms of Use govern the use of the "ClippyDroid" application. The provider of the application is the person or company identified in the Legal Notice (Imprint), hereinafter referred to as the "Developer".

2. General Principles

ClippyDroid is intended for the management of notes and clipboard content. The application is not designed to serve as a backup or archival system. Users should maintain additional copies of important or irreplaceable data.

ClippyDroid is not intended for safety-critical, business-critical, medical, financial, or other applications where data loss or software malfunctions could result in significant harm or damage.

Users are solely responsible for backing up their important content. ClippyDroid is not a substitute for a backup solution.

3. In-App Purchases

Certain features of the application may be offered as paid premium features. The purchase of premium features does not create any entitlement to a specific level of availability, continued operation, or future enhancements of the application.

4. Limitation of Liability

Despite careful development and testing, data loss, malfunctions, or incompatibilities cannot be completely ruled out. In particular, malfunctions or incompatibilities may result from changes to the operating system, device manufacturer modifications, or software updates over which the Developer has no control.

The liability of the Provider shall be governed by the applicable statutory provisions. Any limitation of liability shall not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, nor to damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

No further liability of the Developer shall apply except as required by law.

5. Preservation of Content

Despite careful development and testing, it cannot be ruled out that notes or other stored content may be lost or become unavailable due to software defects, updates, or changes to the operating system.

6. Changes to the Application

The Developer reserves the right to further develop the application and to modify, extend, or discontinue features, provided that such changes are reasonable for the user.
